By popular demand, we will be returning to the beautiful, waterfront Coasterra Restaurant on Harbor Island, located just 15 minutes from from VIBE's host hotel, the Town and Country Resort San Diego. A shuttle service to and from will be provided. We look forward to honoring our new award recipient with you!

A total of 200+ invitations will be sent by PHCP to key
on-premise accounts, including VIBE attendees and special guests for this annual event. Your influential clients will be invited to this spectacular and special event, with you as a sponsor. You are welcome to extend an invitation to any account operators as well. Transportation will be provided from the Town and Country Resort San Diego to Coasterra.

How does it work?

GUEST ORDERS

The Innovation Station features iPads with an interactive form where guests can choose from 6 classic cocktail styles:

Margarita
Martini
Mule
Tiki
Old Fashioned
Collins/Highball

Guests can choose from the following modifications:

Flavor profile
Soda (where applicable)
Garnish/Rimmer

Mixologist will create the cocktail based on the guest’s order and make slight modifications, as needed. The goal is to give the guest control of the flavor, but allow the mixologist to make modifications in order to deliver a well-balanced cocktail.

Buyers are able to enjoy a cocktail with a flavor profile that they may not have thought of before. R&D in real time featuring your brand!

What kinds of spirits can I feature?

The sky’s the limit! The Innovation Station is open to all spirit types (even spirit alternatives!) This is a great way to feature a priority brand in front of buyers, and even receive some casual feedback.
Have there been any interesting combos?

Fan favorites have included a Guava Old Fashioned, Hot honey Espresso Martini, and a Spicy Cucumber Margarita. Guests were able to see classic cocktails in a whole new light!
