Upon registration, you will receive an invoice from the PHCP Accounting team with the verbiage you requested. We accept payments via check, credit card (a 3% processing fee applies) and ACH. All suppliers must pay in full by June 3rd.

All registration badges can be picked up onsite at the Post Oak Hotel. Remember to bring a business card with you and a valid I.D.

Alcohol:
All products must be ordered through the hotel. Absolutely no alcohol can be walked into or out of The Post Oak Hotel’s Grand Ballroom. Please submit your sku’s (based on your sponsor package) and distributor name to events@phcp.com by July 1, 2024. Once the deadline has passed, there cannot be any changes to your order.*We highly encourage you to ensure your sku’s are available at the distributor before this deadline. Will inform you if any product cannot be ordered by the hotel.

Yes! Our PHCP Mixology team is available to help you with cocktail recipes and/or batching.
Batched Cocktail Package: $400
Price inclusive of supplies for formatting your existing recipe and on-site batching.Recipe Devlopment & Batch : $700
Price inclusive of Mixology supplies and team development of a new recipe for your product, in addition to on site batch production.For custom mixology inquiries, please directly reach out to mixology@phcp.com by July 1st.

PHCP will organize bar staff for you via the Post Oak Hotel. Your dedicated bar person will be able to serve your product while you spend time exploring the showcase, or chatting with Buyers who visit your booth. Post Oak bar staff will not affect your pass holder.
4 hours: $350
5 hours: $400
6 hours: $450 -
Any other items not provided in your participation package that are needed for your table set-up must be brought in by your team and will not be provided by PHCP. Additional personnel or bartenders will not be provided. Along with all other equipment and items not provided in your package, electricity is included with all booths. Please coordinate directly with the hotel for the arrangement of these items by the deadline set by the hotel staff. Deadline to coordinate with hotel is July 1, 2024.
* No outside alcohol may be walked into the hotel, at any time.

Absolutely! We encourage bringing décor items and swag to make your brand stand out but please, do not feel obligated to do so. Tote bags will be provided to all attendees so small giveaways are welcome.
*Please be mindful of your neighbor, and only decorate within your allotted space.

The PHCP team will setup all tables with the following items: plastic sample cups, ice, dump buckets, napkins, straws, and linens.
The PHCP team will arrange all supplier LBW product on your table, as the hotel completes inventory.
You will be responsible for the overall look and arrangement of your items. Bins will be filled with ice on Thursday, approximately 2 hours before Showcase begins.
The attendees (national and local buyers and the PHCP team) typically move through the showcase on a flow. The longer timeline allows for enough time for everyone to engage with all brands represented and not be rushed.

The Post Oak Hotel offers overnight security at a rate of $50/hr. If you are interested, please email events@phcp.com.

Supplier set up begins on Wednesday, August 7th starting at 10:00am, and ends at 11:00pm. You can begin setting up again at 7:00am on Thursday, August 8th.

Supplier booth load out begins after the showcase on Thursday, August 8th from 5:30pm - 10:00pm. Want to meet with buyers directly after the showcase? No problem! You can also break down your booth on Friday, August 9th from 8:00am - 10:00am.
